Commerce7 strategy and design for a Canadian classic

As part of a yearlong+ partnership with Andrew Peller Limited, 5forests worked closely with internal teams to scope, plan, and implement a smooth transition to Commerce7 across multiple winery brands. Tinhorn Creek, one of the Okanagan Valley’s most recognizable estates, required a digital presence that balanced legacy and approachability while supporting modern DTC capabilities.

We partnered with APL from the earliest stages—onsite discovery, internal workshops, stakeholder alignment—and carried that strategic foundation through to site design, content architecture, and launch. Tinhorn’s new site was built to be performant, flexible, and easy for internal teams to manage independently.

The project was developed in tandem with Black Hills Estate Winery, requiring tight coordination, shared systems thinking, and ongoing collaboration across departments. Our team also delivered extensive training to support long-term sustainability and adoption.
